Donate to the Trust
You can make a donation to the EVR Trust by Bank Transfer or cheque (made payable to EVR Trust) and send to the Secretary, with your contact details so we can thank you. If you have a specific project you wish to donate to, please add a covering letter and tell us which project you are interested in. If you wish to leave a legacy to the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss what may be needed. Large or charitable legacies should be discussed with EVRA.
We also run other fundraising activities such as speakers for clubs and groups interested in the railway.

To donate or support us
The day to day income the Ecclesbourne Valley Railway receives from passenger fares, testing services, retail and catering activities mostly covers the cost of running our trains, including routine maintenance and the daily work on the line.
However it does not generate enough income to invest in improving and developing the Railway which will be urgently required in future years. Consequently if we are to continue to be regarded as an important part of the Peak District’s and Wirksworth’s railway heritage, long term investment is needed for many of the projects which will sustain us.
